[email protected] email address. I think it's rare that they reply. I do use those to send "wish list" site suggestions and report site bugs, not very often maybe about 4-6 times a year.
RE: FAQ page, I think users starting a wiki would be the best approach to getting that.
There was a user named ghostofchurch that started a community memestream
imgflip.com/m/community_based but he deleted it. I restarted that memestream but haven't successfully put all the stuff back that used to be in there.
