30 rounds is not high capacity, ask any cop. And I might or might not have one that's triple that, and the risk to the public is still zero.

That’s why I put high capacity in quotations(As what is high is entirely subjective)However that’s what the anti-gun types consider them to be(One guy actually said that mags should have a 5 round limit)
