I haven't made a meme for a few days and I had 27 for being logged out for 4 hours todaylol.
Most I ever had was 103 I think from bed time to wake up. If I didn't log in for a couple days I'm sure it would be high. :)

I know I sound really spoiled, but it just takes soooo long to reply to all my notifications. Like I'll log in, I have like 20, so go to my notifications page to reply to them, but I don't finish, then later I log in again, and I have another 20, plus the ones from before.

I think 18ish is my hugest ever. Usually I have 2-3 if any. But I check pretty frequently, so they don't tend to add up. How long had it been since the last time you checked when you had 39?

I logged in one day afternoon, then I checked the next day around 11 am or so, so around 20 hours.
