Hey now, that show was on during the 80's back before any two guys living together on a television show had to be gay. Back when cocaine starred in most of the shows, when Charlie Sheen didn't have to pay for it, when people that did pay for it hadn't even heard about AIDS yet. Before you could even record a show on one of the 5 channels you got on your VCR and if you missed one you had to hope you caught it when the show went into reruns. Simple times where you could be outside and miss a phone call and never have the slightest idea somebody had even tried unless they called back. When people made plans with each other and kept them because they couldn't text you to cancel an hour before you were supposed to hang out. Back then online either meant on a mirror or something you hung your close on to dry. Families had to talk to each other over dinner and everybody had to be home if you were going to call grandma because phone companies charged an insane amount of money to call anybody that didn't live in your town...
