Maybe their easygoing job at Subway is the best thing that ever happened to them. While some kids who are bullies are just a-holes raised by a-holes, I have also found that some are acting out over abuse they're receiving at home. Unfortunately, it's difficult to know why unless we have insight into their whole lives.
