Yeah, I agree overall, I just don't consider an action being justified to mean that action was deserved. I consider it justifiable to use lethal force to defend yourself from what may well be a deadly threat, but I don't take that to mean they deserved to die for being a burglar. In short, I'd say their death was perhaps justifiable, but not necessarily deserved, if that makes sense.
