If that's what you think, then you don't know what the hell you're talking about. There are three "levels" to the Web:
(1) Regular websites, where the information is available ON the web using domain names, etc.
(2) The "DEEP" Web, which is information not ON the Web but available OVER the Web. For instance, the U.S. Post Office ZIP code database is searchable on-line but the database itself isn't on-line.
(3) The "Dark" web is websites WITHOUT domain names, only accessible with a TOR browser. Dark websites are used for things like selling child pornography, drugs, illegal weapons, stolen credit card information for identity theft, etc.
