Shame to hear that happens. How often does that happen on this site and with what memes?

I can only speak for myself. I make quite a lot of political memes, that are critical of the right, and so this happens fairly often. If I make a political meme that is about European politics it doesn't happen. If I make a meme that is pro-right it doesn't happen, so it feels like American memes critical of the right are most likely to be down-voted.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm glad my memes, and so far nearly all of my intended memes, aren't place specific.
