No they don't. Last year Boeing got 82 Million tax refund on 5.9 Billion profit. ( They never needed a Tax Cut with those kinds of numbers ) That makes their tax rate -1.4%.
Don't forget, the government has no income other than taxpayer dollars. In order for a company like Boeing to have an effective rate of -1.4%, they took our tax dollars and gave it to Boeing.
