Gender dysphoria is being unhappy with your physical gender. Everything other than the physical presentation that people associate with gender, have NOTHING to do with gender. How you dress, behave, ect. Have nothing to do with gender. They are personality traits.

Mental and emotional are personality traits, not gender traits. I have no problem indulging the belief (i.e. letting men use the women's restroom, using preferred pronouns. There are privacy stalls and I think we've reached a point as a society where we don't even really need separate restrooms, but I digress). But it is simply a false belief. It can be proven false by simply pointing at her p**is. I simply see no need to talk them out of this belief. It in no way affects me and it makes them happy. But if your only concern is that people only believe the truth, you would have to argue as fiercely that they should not believe that they are the wrong gender as you do that people should not believe in god.
As for do i feel "mentally and emotionally" like a woman. No. Most of the time I hate girly things, the way girls are expected to be proper ect. But I am a mom so I am undeniably a woman (babies came out of there). But I never wear dresses (exception for formal occasions when it's expected by society). I remember when my daughter was going through her potty humor stage, and my husband told her he wanted her to be more "ladylike" I was ready to kick his ass for trying to enforce gender stereotypes. I told him off. And I made it clear to my daughter that her being a girl does not define how she behaves.

There is a statistical correlation between men's and women's brain patterns, but if you accept that as a defining characteristic, and that it is integral to gender, you have also made an argument for treating women an men differently legally. If men and women are inherently and always different psychologically (and this is even more important than physical presentation?), it makes sense to treat them differently. Women shouldn't be in the military because they are meek and not naturally aggressive. Men should not be babysitters or school teachers because they are not naturally nurturing.
Just because a male presents feminine personality traits does not make him, in fact, a woman. He is merely a feminine man, and that's okay. If he want's to live as woman, I'm okay with that, as it does not affect me. But that does not make it factually true.
We allow many false beliefs in our society, because they are comforting, and in some cases essential for us continue through life without having a psychological breakdown. If another persons comforting lie does not adversely affect society, there is no need to take it away. The psychological damage from insisting on the truth can be greater than allowing the comforting lie.

Different brain chemistry re-enforces the idea of natural predispositions in certain areas. Men as workers and women as home makers, because that's what their brain chemistry makes them best at. It's not sexism, it's science. Since our gender is our brain chemistry and not our genitals.

We really need a sarcasm font. My point is you can't have it both ways. Either men and women are inherently different (which justifies treating them differently) or they are not, which means treating them the same. Statistical deviations are not an inherent difference (otherwise we have plenty of justification for treating minorities differently).

Also, if you argue that a specific brain chemistry "belongs" with a specific gender (which has a well defined and known physical presentation) you have stated that said person has a medical disorder. It is up for debate whether the disorder is mental (brain chemistry) or physical (wrong physical presentation) but is a medical disorder none the less.

Homophobic? You are aware that gender identity and sexual orientation considered to be completely separate issues aren't you. Apparently not. You're the idiot. Also I looked up creedsist (it's not a word).

i'm just saying homophobic because they are somewhat related (LGBT) and i don't know the correct term. creedsist is like racist but for religion or no religion

Actually, my post is not pro or anti religion. It's actually about allowing people to keep factually incorrect beliefs that provide psychological comfort (so long as that belief does does not cause harm in our society). For instance, the belief in prayer and that there is a god is comforting and helps people get through tough times. Of course it's negative if they forgo medical treatment in favor of only prayer, or use religious dogma to spread hate.
There is no harm in indulging a man who believes he is a woman. In fact it is beneficial in that it makes them happy and reduces conflict, but it does not make it factual.
