This can't go unnoticed much longer. It has to stop. Help.

I can't believe that the sort of people who would even consider doing something as atrocious as this are even the same species as some of the brilliant people I've met on this site, and in my life. And yet it still happens.

I know it seems lame saying that your thoughts and prayers are with the victims' families, but it makes people aware, and shows them that the incident hasn't just passed over your head uselessly. It really does make a bit of difference.

As I said, I am lucky enough to be able to go to school here in the UK, feel safe and come home every evening, but it's not always like that, because some twisted people have gotten it into their heads that the best thing to do with their lives is to take other people's lives away.

It has to stop. Upvote/reply to this meme/comment to show your appreciation and agreement (if appropriate, of course), just so that I can be sure I'm not alone in having this opinion. I know I'm not.

When I first read this meme, I was about to start debating about gun control. Then I re-read it and realized that I actually agree with everything written here. To anyone reading this, I really don't care so much whether you are for or against gun control. We all recognize that violence is a problem, even if we have different ideas of how to solve it. Let us commit ourselves to prayer for the healing of those who grieve, for the repentance of those who have hurt others, and let us also pray for wisdom and righteousness for our lawmakers and voters alike.

Thanks, your words are very powerful, and you are completely right, gun control is not the problem, because I am sure that 99% of all gun owners not just in America but all around the world are completely responsible and would not even think about turning a gun they own on another human being for any purpose besides self-defence. The only thing that should change about gun control is how carefully the guns are issued to people - if it seems as though the person asking for the gun could be in any way a danger with the weapon, it should not be given to them. That is just my opinion, though, and like I said, thanks for agreeing and taking the time to tell me :D
