Is it possible that someone downvoted it to "submitted" because (s)he didn't agree with your meme? Has happened before!

So if it has more upvotes than downvotes does that counteract the downvotes?

What I was referring to was the "featured" meme with 39 views in comparison to the "submitted" meme with 227 views and a comment.

I sometimes leave my meme as just a meme comment response for a few days before submitting it. Maybe that way?

Send A link here. Maybe I can help bring it back up to featured. (Cause with enough downvotes a meme may go back into "submission.")

I am starting to think DownVotes are also tied to daily submission counts. Cause I have been at 3 daily submissions for some time and have not submitted any for about a week. But today I only had 2 available submissions. Thanks for the help with the other one.
