I haven't skipped over Bush on this. I just mentioned Obama because he was the last 2 term President and I mentioned Clinton because he inadvertently gave them money that they used for the program. And Bush is also guilty in this because he started a war on Saddam Hussein over WMDs he didn't have, while NK was further developing real WMDs.

I won't defend Bush but the whole "No WMD's" storyline is a lie. They did have mass amounts of WMD's, the Dems knew it and that's why they voted their OK. Most of the WMD's went to Syria, which Assad has been using. Some where taken out by the Russians and the French before the invasion. They provided Hussein with many WMD's and when they knew the U.S. was going to invade they got them out because their fingerprints were all over them. Bush was even culpable of this. He allowed time for the Ruskies and Frogs to retrieve their weapons because it would have been an international scandal if they had been discovered.
