I couldn't agree with you more, and I'm sure the nylon situation was probably some kind of payback for campaign contributions or some other kind of favor. Politics is so dirty. Now a days it rarely is what's good for the people, it's what's best for the bottom line dollar. The legalization of marijuana is no different, look at the taxes they put on it. They needed more tax dollars and the public by their vote said marijuana was something they wanted legalized. So to politicians it's no different than the prohibition of alcohol, when they need the tax dollars it's ok to do.
