A chance of something doesn't mean it actually happened.
Just imagine if someone accused YOU of doing something - and conveniently all the people you perceive as enemies were the ones saying you did it.
Other than the he-said-she-said argument that goes back and forth, there is zero evidence. Does that mean you should be punished just because there is a chance you are guilty? There's a due process of law for a reason.
Law which has blatantly been ignored by the Democrats, and they've gotten away with way too much.

Okay, I understand what you're saying. I'm not saying that President Trump DID say it, because really no one knows except himself. What I am saying is that it's POSSIBLE. And you're right, he shouldn't be punished if we're not 100% sure he said it.
