The migration crisis (exactly what it was) really fueled a nationalistic movement in many countries and rightly so. These people were seeing their countries over-taken.

Well I know that, and you know that, but does Trump know that or care? Haitians are primarily of African decent - something like 95% of them are, and Norwegians are primarily of Northern Germanic (Scandinavian) decent. It's not too hard to figure out what he meant.

The media has made it out that Trump is the only one to ever say something. Past presidents, ones that have been praised, have said much worse.

You say so without evidence. Even if past presidents have said some terrible things, none of the last 6 presidents have consistently said such vile things.
