I don't see a problem with them passing laws to help animals either. I just don't think America's hearts are where they should be. This meme was inspired from Facebook stories. A man froze to death in Ohio over the weekend and a post went viral with 1600 shares. A dog froze to death and has a viral post with 190,000 shares. Somewhere we as people have lost our compassion for those less fortunate than us and it breaks my heart.
Side Note all of our dogs live outside. They have adequate shelter and lots of hay. Fresh food and water every day are spoiled rotten go for walks, play in the park, etc etc but if I lived in several places in America they could confiscate my dogs and fine me $2,000 for having them outside when the temp falls below 32 degrees. Just seems like that's taking things a bit far to me.
