I posted my original question to or_else because it was ambiguous. There was a user here using alt names KillReagan and ReaganMustDie that did nothing but rag on Reagan. I thought that maybe that's what or_else was doing since his comment didn't make sense at first.

Look them up, the history of them, and the consequences such practices caused. There's a reason our goverment created impedments for them, and it wasn't so that syncophants like yourself can buy into a mythology without putting in an ounce of thought.
