Home restrooms are generally only for one person at a time, though. With public restrooms you have multiple people, which means that security can be a huge issue. Even with the whole identity thing aside, I would never want a grown man to be allowed in the same restroom as my little sister.

This memer is old and wise young grasshopper....I know how public bathrooms work. Also, your little sister should not be in public restroom without her parent or guardian present - grown men can enter them even if it is against the rules or laws.
