Which is why so few seek REAL enlightenment, because there is a lot of FALSE enlightenment out there...

Absolutely true! It's so disgusting what are churches,governments and educational systems doing to people from their young age(more about that,Blind Guardian - Otherland)! Planting their pathetic lies and beliefs in them from a young age! And then,they start believing in it,and as they get older,those beliefs are growing in them,all until it's so grown up,that the "host" is simply unable to take those beliefs out

And the worst part is,whenever somebody tries to help them remove those beliefs,they get all defensive and "offended"(more about that,Death -Defensive Personalities),and won't allow those beliefs to be removed.Because,destruction of the lies you believe in is extremely difficult.especially when you have them for a long time.I mean,if you were to believe in a God for your entire life,you'd have a hard time destroying that belief,because that would mean that you have believed in a lie for you entire life! Something ego/mind cannot accept! And for that reason,they get all defensive!

And just in the case kids ignore government,religion and education system,they give them various distractions:TV,pop culture,sports,gossips,mainstream media and news and politics(the most disgusting thing I have ever seen in my entire life)!

My experience is that it isn't any system that's behind it (Not the government, not the churches and not the education) it's humans. Humans lie to each other all the time, and this has allowed belief-structures to form, which cannot exist without us, but those supporting one view of reality gains advantage in the ordinary World unless they face someone from an opposing structure. Government has failed to get education to tell children that the World is full of billions of competing subcultures full of liars all trying to make them into supporters of their structure, thus giving them more power. But whenever there's an attempt at destroying this web of lies it simply splinters into more fragments because people know their lie will protect them, so they protect the lie and invent more lies to attack the offenders. And in the middle of it all are the faceless numbers of people who does not know a thing about info-warfare...

Exactly! It's also the fault of those who never question anything and who allow their voice and their curiosity to be supressed!

And you're 100% right!Blaming never does any good!Blame the government,churches and education so much as you want,but it is your fault if you have allowed to be brainwashed!

You say that the government has failed to get the educational systemtell the kids that the world is full of competing subcultures and liars,but that's wrong! The government has never even tried to do that! The government wants people to be as dumb and unconscious as humanly possible! Because those people are the easiest to control.And the educational system is the mold for the slaves!

Governments are run by the top liars of each nation, but some governments also want their country to be the best breeding ground for their own children. Homeschooling only reaches a certain level, so most middleclass will pay to get propper education, which means schools does have some okay knowledgable knowledge, but basic school students are not taught how to learn from school, and get caught up in the lies that teenagers weave to rise to their own internal top. Only oppressive governments want a stupid population, you see there's a downside to knowledge, which is that you as an individual can only learn so much, so the real way to control society is to segregate knowledge into job possitions, that way your clever country can remain the cleverest while everyone is dumb to the details of all other job positions, this is why schools teach independency and democracy, it's the smarter way to oppress people :D

From what I've figured out,the more powerful a country is,the more rotten,opressive and deceptive are their leaders and governments!

As for everything else,I absolutely agree!

It all fits, deception equals power, so deceptive individuals make a deceptive nation. These will prey on less deceptive nations/individuals. The only countermove to deception is violence, which leads to violent poor countries, these will need weapons so they must approach the deceptive nations and will be deceived by them, so logically they turn their violence to other poor countries...

Christmas is one of the sweetest deceptions ever made, and I really love it despite it being a grand moneymachine/happyfrenzy... So merry x-mas :D

Personal.I just don't see what's the point anymore.After all,it is just a grand moneymachine/happyfrenzy

The best point is that it creates a happyness placebo effect. Happy people live longer and has more life-quality. You can boost your happyness by joining in on the merryment. You don't need to give gifts or please people, just take pleasure in the whole show and your mind will make you happier and releases more endorphins. Positive thinking does not need a reason and it's been shown to Work scientifically. Try it out during the newyear, take pleasure in stuff you normally hate during that season and you will see it's effect at the end of the evening :D

Enlightenment is the absence of falsity, the realization that one's viewpoints and preconceived ideas are at odds with the truth. Surely this transition from darkness into enlightenment represents something obtained (truth) and something cast away (the lie).

You can't protest everything. You have to pick the issues that help the most people in the community.

That's what perspective is, one's "spin" on things. We spin our ideas into, not only acceptable words, but words that will spur the listeners to move on them. That's what the art of rhetoric is all about.

By spin I mean they put out a story that isn't complete and is swayed the way our local government and officials wants it to be, usually to benefit them. And of course to the detriment of the residents in the city. The residents here have already had one successful referendum against a development that the council had approved
