Why post this anonymously?

They do in the area around me. The calves are taken from them (which puts them in severe trauma for weeks or months, imagine your kid being stolen from you in front of your face and never seen or heard from again), and you can sustain it with hormones.

And if the person wants to be anonymous, that's fine and their biz.

And if a person wants to drink the milk and eat the veal that's fine and their biz as well. :)

Seems like the entities whose business that would be would be the ones who are actually put through the trauma of abduction of their young, enclosure in crates too small for them to even turn around in, or violent death. But that's none of my - oh wait, if I'm an ethical being, it's my business too. Hmmm.

As an ethical being it is my business if someone posts anonymously.....they could be a public saint but a private demon and that is unethical. :)

Probably, but didn't mean that, just a reference to the individual ethical responsibility to realize that stealing an animal's child inflicts the same emotional trauma that you'd experience if someone kidnapped your kid in front of your eyes and you almost certainly knew they were dead in weeks or less. Therefore I as an ethical entity can not say that's only the biz of the abductor. Just to clarify.

Everything is everybody's business AND nobody's business.....and no person's ethics are another person's ethics.

Point is you can possess an ethical that causes you to abstain from consuming dairy products or you can possess an ethical that favors consuming dairy products.

There is far more than just milk that is derived from the mothers of butchered calves.
