My suggestion: every downvoter appears with user name and red arrow in comment section - anonymous downvotes will not be accepted. And as I understand - porn will not be featured anyway.
Might work, but some of the meeker users might want some anonymity and the chance of being piled on by the more vicious downvoters might scare them away. Then again the vicious downvoters would not be anonymous under your idea. Might work.
