I prefer fried eggs, but if I make scrambled eggs I make them "frambled"... I never mix the eggs or add milk or anything. Just out a little peanut oil in a good stainless steel pan on medium low heat. Crack in the eggs and let them "set" about half way. Then use the spatula to break them up and stir a bit, and don't overcook. This way it's not just a yellow weird textured mess. You still get the mix of yolk and whites, but sort of scrambled. I was an executive chef for a decade and people always loved them, and my wife still loves them. :-)
