Republican and Democrat

The joke is he thinks he is a Libertarian. Besides drugs and a couple of other policies he is not really libertarian. lol

One of them hates people and loves money, while the other wants people... both terrifying, honestly.

Hate is a strong word, and there is nothing wrong with liking money. I would say 99% of people would prefer to have more money than they currently have. I would also argue conservatives only disapprove of people who do not contribute to the current social systems already in place. And that the dems don't care about people, they really only care about votes. which is why they campaign as the social justice warrior party.

Perhaps... But one party did not rig their primary in favor of a particular candidate. Which was the point I was making here.
