PFC Doss saved 75 men on the day of May 5 1945. He saved more, days later even when was seriously wounded in the leg by a grenade, and a shot that entered his wrist and exiting his upper arm. Hero is not a big enough word for this guy. Thanks for posting this, had to dig out my Medal of Honor book.

yea i wanted to post this i dont know how many people will coment on it nut its out there and thats what I wanted, alot of people may look at it and because it say god they may think it is religious, but really i wanted to post it because of the incredible story and a truly remarkable person he was to go into a situation like that without a weapon and save that many me that was some real heroism there there will never be another person like that. thank you.
