It's Turkey and ducks LOVE it.
I was at Disneyland with my kids. We didn't get popcorn, so we fed the ducks pieces of the smoked turkey leg we had. They kept coming back for more and ate it right out of our hand. My kids also knew that turkey is a bird and so are ducks. They loved the twistedness of it.
