It's all together. Hindus have their Trimurti: the tripartite form of Brahma the creator, Vishnu the preserver, and Shiva the destroyer/re-generator. One does not exist without the other, and no one position is evil. This fits my naturalistic view of the world better than good v. evil. The point is not to have a passionate side, but to harness the destructive/creative by rationality.

But I'm not a Hindu. :)
