I don't like presentations either but I think the only way to do it is with confidence and gusto. :)

I write well and just go up and read. As little eye contact as possible. :)

I have an all-employee meeting at 10:00. Probably won't have to do anything myself, but for a person who manages life by drawing as little attention as possible to himself I'm not looking forward to it.
