That's something I'll never understand. A plane will go down, 216 people die but a baby survives and the Christians will say "Thank God!" or "It's a miracle!" Umm yeah..I'm sure the 216 people and their families are just thrilled with God.
God doesn't do these things. He only wants good for people who believe. Evil is responsible for the bad things. It's all explained for you, if you care to read it. I didn't understand at one time but after taking the time to learn how it works, it's perfectly clear.
Yahweh does stuff like this in the Bible, and you claim he's all-good. If he were to burn down an orphanage full of babies, people would STILL say he was good.
Yes. The Bible is well documented on Gods wrath. Think context. But there is nothing that says, "Gee, I think I will burn down an orphanage today." That's a silly conclusion.
But there's the rub. Who decides right or wrong? There needs to be standards and rules and etc, right? There HAS to be an absolute somewhere or we are just animals. You have standards and rules am I correct?
And while we're on it, why DO you believe God burnt that house down?
We're not talking about the housefire.
