Sad, just plain sad...even trump supporters know that Obama was not president in 2005! Do you know for a fact that Barack Obama wasn't golfing when Katrina hit new Orleans?

There are plenty of Trump supporters who made claims that Obama did nothing but golf during Katrina. As a State Senator, Obama would have had nothing to do for Katrina. What did Trump do during Katrina? We know how much he loves to golf!

The government, led by the president, has a major role in how natural disasters are handled. This leadership is judged and is mostly erroneous.

Who said their leadership should not be judged on how they RESPOND?

I am saying they should not be judged for simply being in office when a natural disaster occurs. It's blaming somebody for coincidence.

I think we are saying the same thing. They did not create the disaster, but they surely better handle it efficiently!
