When someone down votes you can you not tell?

Here's one way to tell , I have a meme that has a lot of upvotes and keeps getting more and it isn't anywhere near the "Hot" list .

It probably uses a popular template like Rock Driving or 10 Guy. People go to the template and it shows ALL the previous memes made with it. They'll go through templates they like and upvote good memes.

If it's not featured quickly it's rejected. They just don't SAY Rejected--they leave it permanently as submitted.

You might want to just recreate it and resubmit it. If it's a popular template, definitely recreate it. If it's a rarely used template or an image you submitted, save the template image and upload it as a new image. Then put the same text but as small as possible (I know you can do 1 pt and I think you can even do 0 pts) and in a color that matches the IMAGE, so it will be invisible (e.g., put 1pt black text on a black part of the image). The IMAGE DESCRIPTION is whatever text you add. So if you JUST upload your previous image, the IMAGE DESCRIPTION will be empty or something else.
