That's really cool, could you expound?

it was a long time ago now but a brief description is i was sat on the stairs at my friends house as i got up , to go to the kitchen i seen something out the corner of my eye so i stopped and somebody walked past , i never recognized them at first as i knew every one in the house then suddenly i realised it was me , it lasted about 10-15 seconds i thought about trying to go somewhere but then i thought how am i going to get back in my body , suddenly i kind of had a feeling of panic and the next thing i knew i was back in my body . it was kinda crazy :) ...... true story .....
