I still like 'em once in awhile too, but I feel like the flavor has changed from when I ate it as a kid...could just be my imagination...

Not your imagination, the flavour is changed. Usually I sacrafice a pouch of cheese, and add a bit more to the mix when I make a box, at the end of say a case, I have a box of shells with no cheese, now what?

I'm talking about Kraft...I used to love it as a kid but it seems like it just doesn't taste as good as it did way back then...I could eat a whole box of Velveeta shells by myself!!!

No not cheese. A reasonable facsimile. Chemical dust. But a great hangover remedy. I just call it KD. I hhave a buddy once that made us a box to go with our bbq steak. The dummy had to read the instructions on how to make it.
