Why submit anything new? Keep the same memes we have now forever until the site dies!

Just so you know, I am not the author of the OP. I do agree with him/her. And I am not looking for a debate or argument over this. lol

I never said I didn't agree, I have never made it a secret that I can't stand reposts and think they are bad for the entire site as a whole. But as I am sure you are aware that view is frowned upon by many. I'm also not a fan of somebody insulting others, especially anonymously is all. You weren't afraid to state your opinion knowing it may not be favorable. I would respect that even if I didn't agree with you ;)

And for some reason, people keep upvoting and commenting on them! lol

But then you should mention the original author and let him have more than half of the credit!

With the ones that are frequently reposted the original author is most likely unknown. People are just stealing from people who stole it in the first place.
