I don't think they keep up with it. It would be great if they had a way to tell you under each meme what page it made it to. Then there could be an option we could click to see our front pagers

I like the idea of an index for each meme showing its current position in Latest, its current position in Hot, and the highest position it reached in Hot.

I guess the other option is not caring at all, which might be healthy too. :-)

Good idea. I have had at least two featured items (a meme and a gif) that made page one, but were only there a couple hours. I just happened to be here when they did. But now I have to wonder how many other memes I had made it there that I didn't know about.

I like the idea of a little note on the info bar, Page ## starting with something like page 20 so you could see how far it got or even if it made the hot pages.

I do Imgur and in the last few weeks, I've had some front page/viral images there. (funny, as they never clicked here) and when they went viral, I got a notification. But it gives the meme makers an idea of what the public wants, which, for a company that sells ad space, is important. I was surprised when I started seeing my memes pop up on page 3.
