Doc Oc loses his cool very easily, neither of them has a very good long range attack so they would have to fight up close. Doc has an advantage there but I believe Daredevil could dodge most of his attacks. The thing is Daredevil has no super strength or healing/invincibility powers. So if Doc got a hold of him he would be screwed, which is why even though I hate to say it, I think Doc would win. Even Spiderman gets hit a lot when they fight but he has advanced strength and can take one hell of a beating. All Doc has to do with Daredevil is land one good shot and the odds are in his favor in my opinion.

I wanted to say Daredevil, I really like him even though he is a lawyer. The Netflix show is damn good, they have really done some cool stuff with Marvel, makes Netflix hands down the best site for internet tv.
