usually it's from those that have swallowed their Jonestown punch. In a case such as Bill Nye, they listen to the opposing voices' spokesmen that are less qualified than the spokesman for the scientists. I'm reminded of a video that was making the rounds a few years ago. It was a compilation of wind generators that had caught fire. One of the posters in that group pointed out that wind generators cause air pollution just as bad as coal plants. He shut up when I pointed out that the generator fire fire would be extinguished in a matter of hours, while the coal plant would keep belching smoke. He never said another word.Further investigation on the burn wind generators show that they had been in service 15 or more years. A single fire in one day would never match the amount of pollutants that a coal burning energy plant had done in the same 15+ years.
