Yeah...that's not how you create terrorists. Sticks and stones. It's done by destroying their homes, their families, their schools, and their hospitals. Take away everything but their life would probably do it. Which drone strikes do very well. Or tell the small amount of zealots they have 72 virgins in heaven waiting for them.
