i think you missed what i was saying, religion is "the love of money" maybe not for all you poor followers but the the 'leaders' of your churches and the leaders of the leaders are robbing you all blind and you can't see it.....
because they invented a way to make YOU the follower feel bad for wanting more or better then your neighbor.
I feel sorry for you, when your blinders are removed come have a realist conversation with me.

Every church I have been involved with gives most of its money away. Money comes in...money goes out. Changes the world. It's a beautiful thing. :)

The church I belong to is changing the city we are in. Hundreds of former drug addicts are living clean and sober lives. None of the staff are overpaid. It can be done. Sorry if you have had a bad experience. Yes there has been excesses and problems.

i bet if the work was voluntary you could house and feed more people that you pity and only help in the hopes it makes your god happy and you get your golden ticket.
i'm glad no one is over paid, but the fact that anyone gets paid to do something that any human should just do, is a bit of a clue right there.
i mean that fact that you pour all your faith in to this, and yet it constantly needs to be funded. no amount of faith or tax exemption will fix that...

soooooo at the end of the day you could say even the homeless people you feed and house are only in it for the greed of money, if your church didn't press you and the community you live in constantly for funding, the homeless would get no help..
so i bet they prey (as do you i'm sure) for more money, even if it is more donation money its still at a point of greed when you start begging..... sorry praying.

my hero is me, i'm the writer and editor of my own life. i don't need a little book with ancient lessons in it to teach me how to be a good human. if thats what you need great, i just wish people like you would spend all that time and energy in something a little more productive. and realize what is going on right in your faces. but ignorance must be bliss for you.
