Many years ago I got hired at McDonald's and had a one hour orientation where I was given my uniform. I put it on the next day and just started crying---I think I felt humiliated---and so I took the uniform off and drove to work and quit.
After getting a degree at a major college, my son got a new job. He does financial transactions for a billion dollar company. He works as a cashier at McDonalds.
