I think it's great to talk about these things and think about them. I think most people are often passive and being controlled by their desires and emotions. Logically we may know the junk food is a bad choice but because our body wants it we go for it. When people are in an angry mood or spirit they often respond badly to even the smallest thing, think bad thoughts, etc. people often think and act based on habit. They are in the habit of thinking a certain way and feeling a certain because they do the same things and think the same thoughts everyday, eat similar foods, similar music etc. I believe we think and act based on the way we feel. What we think about, focus on, type foods we eat, music we listen to, etc also effects our thoughts, beliefs, how we feel and what actions we do or don't take. (So our thoughts can effect how the body feels and how we our body feels effects our thoughts) We can focus on everything we don't have, see the bad in everything and be miserable or focus on everything we do have, see the good and be happy.
