you can come up with an idea for any kind of week (even nsfw is okay, we had a cleavage week once!) Once you come up with it, set the dates (start and end dates), and create a meme setting it up. You can lay out some rules in the comments if you want/need to. Then advertise it to people. Then once people start participating, you have your event, between the dates you chose. Don't worry about conflicting weeks happening at the same time, it doesn't matter, you can participate in them at the same time. You can submit 2-3 memes a day.
