Your meme is fine, I would just post it on Facebook like a photo, or post the link using the "share" button under your meme.
I once made a meme about the movie "Christmas Vacation" that got views, but not many likes on here. Not long ago, I saw an ad for a "Christmas Vacation Fan Page" that showed MY meme in the ad! I was thrilled, especially because I never shared it, someone else must have stumbled onto it doing a Google search, also it had many likes :-)
I think what helped it get discovered was the tags at the bottom of the meme page... "memes, Christmas Vacation, ...", so anyone doing a search could find it. I didn't look to see what tags you added, I will go look now.

You could email either the link, or the image.
I think the best place for your meme is with musician or band sites, or music stores and places musicians would hang out. I'm sure there's websites where there's musician forums. Your meme would be great being posted on a site like that. In fact, that might be your best bet. Do you visit such websites already?

One email is for the organization, and the other is for bands and musicians to apply for the tour. I appreciate all of your ideas. But it's really not that big of a deal, just something I said I would do to try and give it some promotion somewhere else. I have a couple of other ideas...I'll keep in touch to let you know if any of them work. :)
