Ok garry's mod is a Sandbox game, you can do whatever the heck you want to do in it!
It is a mod off of half-life 2 but instead of a game I find it like a modeling and picture making system

So like what you do in the stream you just make a request and then I can get to work on it on Gmod and I will post it on the stream! :)
