Politicians don't really do any work anyway, and once the white collar reach the top of the ladder, they just sit back and let others do the work. IF TAXING IS MEANT TO DISCOURAGE BEHAVIORS, AND INCOME IS TAXED, THEN WORKING IS AN UNDESIRED BEHAVIOR. THEREFORE, UNEMPLOYMENT IS A GOOD THING, AND JOBS ARE THE REAL WELFARE.
