Unfortunately, all their small print gives the airlines all the power. Funny, I heard today about a drunk guy on united allowed to board, than was served more drinks and raged on some lady next to him, with her daughter trying to feel her up.. (if it's true)
Generally I think the airlines held back on that small print. Lately they've been feeling their oats, as if a new 'business oriented' administration might allow them more leeway to abuse their customers. Regardless of how one might feel about business (I'm free trade, open markets, and good with globalization) I think there was a hope among business types that things might be easier to slip out of.
I've noticed either a bit more of that as well in the corporate world - or more apt coverage of those events for once. Not sure, but either way Airlines can replace CEO's at the drop of a dime even just to make 'good PR'; companies that big have a long line hungry sharks (know that from personal experience). Wouldn't shock me if they did, and like you say- wouldn't shock me of they didn't. Depends on how many more hundreds of memes get whipped up and shared in the socials.
Just found this, thought it was worth sharing for a chuckle! "Bourgeois" boy, it sure don't sound like it spelled! That's what happens when you give the French too much wine at dinner! Lol. :)
I have no interest messing in anyone's else's affairs and expect the same in return, but dude, have a beer and maybe smoke a joint and relax once in a while! You maybe to the left of me but I believe we both probably agree on a lot of things and what we don't we can both respect! I don't trust non drinkers! Lmao! :)
