Actually, it's in Subject-Object-Verb. There are languages in real life that are ordered this way, I think Latin is one of them. It isn't backwards because English is Subject-Verb-Object. That backwards, SOV is not. (That was an example sentence.) But enough ranting, you get an upvote.
