This is me...
And yes... I am really blind.
When I have speaking engagements... I walk up to the podium with confidence and my long white cane ( that is actually sparkly)...
And I proceed to say...
" just in case you didn't notice( short pause)...
I am ( little longer pause)...
Blllllllllll.......onde!!!
Gets em laughing EVERY TIME!!!
Then I have them comfortable enough to talk about my blindness, cause they know I am comfortable with it.
