Thanks Red_Dragon. I believe its his alt he created to upvote his main account memes and troll people. You're right about the dving and flagging bit I think that's what he wants. He wants me to stoop to his playing field.

You're right mate. He posted his first meme as anonymous so I watched his profile about 2 hours later and it featured. So I opened a new tab with latest memes and upvoted the anonymous post and cross checked if his points increased and they did (they also decreased when I removed the upvote) so I said hello and nothing back

You just need to think of him/her as OAG, and treat them as such.

It's not unheard of. I had a completely new user named Vounce tell me something along the lines of that. CTS will keep our eyes on that account
