Liberals blamed Bush. If Trump were to blame Obama (which would be hilarious) liberals would scream. Which would be a continuation of what they are already doing. But if Trump were to blame Bush that puts liberals in a rocky spot. Either they let Trump do it, or the liberals are forced to defend Bush.
